We are purchasing a fridge that is new use the “Cash for Clunkers for Appliances” program.
brand brand New refrigerator we would like has an ice manufacturer, which demonstrably (right?) is certainly going to need a water hookup which our current suck-ass Magic Chef will not. Just how much of a problem (in work and value; we are in Brooklyn, NY) will it be to include a brand new hookup? It is close to our drain, so that the pipelines should be there.
If, for reasons uknown, it is not practical to have the job done, can there be any explanation we could not just plug within the fridge sans-ice manufacturer, and later hook it up?
