Bing pledged $US150 million and Apple was giving $US20 million, all to generating a technology employees including a lot more women and non-white staff members. These 
pledges came soon after the top providers published demographic facts of the staff. It was disappointingly uniform:
Twitter’s techie workforce are 84 % males. Google’s are 82 percent and Apple’s is definitely 79 %. Racially, African American and Hispanic staff members create 15 per cent of piece of fruit’s tech workforce, 5 percent of Twitter’s technical part and simply 3 percent of yahoo’s.
