PLACE OVERVIEW:
The AVP of money Management is in charge of the day-to-day operations of payment processing, reconciliation and disbursement devices in the cash administration division. This position interacts daily with numerous divisions in the company including Collections, Loss Mitigation, and Default administration, along with accounting and merchant representatives.
Duties
CRUCIAL DUTIES AND DUTIES:
Maintains and deliver a higher degree of efficiency, effectiveness and precision. Keeps division policies and procedures (P&P) for money functions. Works together division supervisors and workers to ensure all functions into the money administration division are finished in a manner that is timely in accordance with policies and procedures. Oversees reconciliation that is daily settings over Payment Clearing Account, publishing batches, and MSP System Balancing
Manages G/L posting deals. Manages MSP disbursements processing, as assigned. Reviews and researches exclusion or rejected re re payments. Prepares accounting that is daily interior reports or forms. Works together business accounting personnel to make sure flow that is efficient of and attain greatest quantities of precision and quality. Provides thought leadership and expertise that is in-depth coordination, execution and delivery of solutions. Operationalizes the business enterprise strategy by developing actionable plans or programs for the function.
